Info B&B
General Information
Small and medium-sized pets are welcome. Take care during your stay and we ask you not to leave them alone for many hours unattended in the rooms. Remember to let us know if you bring your 4-legged friend with you at the time of booking.
We ask you to inform us a few days before your arrival time also by message, so we can organize to welcome you at best! You can check-in from 2.30 pm to 8 pm.
If you arrive early, and the room is available, we will be happy to deliver it to you right away! Otherwise you can leave your luggage at the reception and return after 14:30.
In case you are not able to arrive before 8 pm you must always inform us in advance and call us an hour before arrival. It is not possible to arrive after midnight.
Check out until 10:30
You can arrange with us a late check out that costs Euro 50.00 until 18.00 or the entire night if you stay longer. This does not allow you to stay the whole night unless agreed at least one day before departure. Let us know a few days early if you need to stay in the house a little longer than expected, we will be happy to help you.
Yes, room cleaning will be daily. Bed linen and towels will be changed every three days. You can request an extra change for 15€.
Payments
Payments
If you have not already done so online, you will be required to pay when you arrive. If you book through our website, we accept the following payment methods: Standard bookings: you can pay directly in cash or credit card when you arrive. Non-refundable bookings: for bookings with special non-refundable offers or which require a deposit to be paid immediately, you can securely finalize the payment on our website with a credit card.
You can pay the extra costs directly on your arrival, are as follows: TOURIST TAX: Euro 1.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 nights. Free for children under 12 years.
CHANGE OF BED LINEN AND TOWELS EXTRA (on request) : € 15 LATE CHECK-IN: € 20 if you arrive after 20.
If you book on our website, you can cancel or change the dates of your stay as follows:
Standard bookings: you can cancel or change your booking up to 3 or 14 days ( depending on period during the mid/hight season) before arrival without any extra fee. If you cancel after the free period you will be charged the total amount of the reservation.Non-refundable bookings: you cannot modify bookings made with special non-refundable offers or which require a deposit to be paid immediately. If you cancel, we are unable to give you a refund.

Each room is equipped with all the necessary linen to live your stay to the best: towels, sheets, blankets. Towels and linen are changed every 3 days.
Yes, to get to the b & b you need to cross a pedestrian railway underpass. We therefore point out the presence of two flights of stairs. The structure is not recommended for people with disabilities and mobility problems.
Every room has a fast Wi-Fi connection
The apartments come with a courtesy kit containing soap and shampoo.

We do not have a private parking, you can park in the street for a fee or in the municipal parking fee at 400mt. The B&B is located in a smaller street where you can park for free depending on availability.
The cost of street parking on blue stripes is 1€ per hour from 9:00 to 21:00. The price of the daily ticket is 10€. You will find the columns for tickets along the way.
The seafront of Giardini Naxos is full of restaurants and trattorias where you can taste fresh fish and typical Sicilian dishes. Once you arrive, we will provide you with a list of recommended restaurants and suitable pet all pockets.
To get to the beach just cross the main road of the village, in less than 2 minutes you will arrive at sea.
The first equipped beaches are 5 minutes walk from the B&B, in front of us the beach is public. Travel light, at the B&B you will find chairs and umbrellas for the sea.
In front of the B & B the beach is pebble, the sandy beaches of the village are 1 km from the B & B.
You can reach Taormina by CAR in 5 minutes by parking in the two municipal car parks : Porta Catania and Lumbi. Otherwise they are kidnapped and frequent connections with the BUS (every 30 min in middle season, every 15 min in high season). www.interbus.it you can take a look at the times. For the more sporty and outdoor lovers, we recommend the beautiful panoramic TREKKING path that from the bay of Giardini will take you to the highest peak of the mountain of Taormina.
